15 grape beers to discover!

Do you know grape beers?? On Buvance, you can find more than 70 beers in this category.

For several years, the use of grapes in craft beers has been democratized. The creativity of brewers and brewers has found a new field of expression in the world of wine. It must be said that the French wine heritage is rich and the breweries have a lot to explore.

These beers sometimes bear the name of beer-vin hybrids, Grape Ale, beers on Marcs, beers on lees, or even wine beer or vine beer.

In many cases, the grapes are used at the very moment of fermentation: the native yeasts present on the grapes will allow the pline to beer to be beer. The grapes can also be used in maceration, the objective in this case is to enrich an already fermented beer with new flavors.

Also, the breweries are fortunate to be able to reuse the containers used for the aging of wines: barrels, wrath but also amphorae. By refining themselves, beers will gain in complexity and develop viney notes there.

These beverages make the existing boundaries disappear a little more between the styles of drinks and often reveal fruity and tart flavors that generally appeal to people who think they do not like beer.

Finally, these beautiful bottles are also an opportunity to make food and beer and often stunning agreements.

At Buvance, we love them and we have chosen to share with you a list of some of our favorites!
