In terms of craft beer in France, Michael Novo, founder of the Mont Salève brewery, is a reference and a precursor.

Created in 2010 in Haute-Savoie, the brewery with its emblematic labels produces beers in many styles, from traditional IPAs, through IS, lagers, but also grape beers and spontaneous fermentation beers.
