Cyprien is a young cider producer who has been based in Normandy for 4 years. In life, as on his labels, he is always accompanied by Nutsie, his faithful dog.
His passion for cider was passed on to him by his grandfather. He began by gleaning apples from old orchards to make his first bottles. More than knowing the names of the varieties he uses, what counts for him are the flavors that each fruit he picks will bring.
Once the juices have been pressed, fermentation takes place slowly using indigenous yeasts.
We were won over by the finesse and elegance of his cuvées.
