The Languedoc wine region is one of the largest and most diverse in France. Between mountains, Mediterranean plains and coasts, the vineyard benefits from varied soils (clay-limestone, shale, sandstone, rolled pebbles) and a hot and dry Mediterranean climate. This geographical and climatic richness allows the emblematic grape varieties — Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault — to produce powerful, elegant and aromatic wines.
