    Based in Loury, in the Loiret region (45), Julien Thurel has chosen to enhance the value of his terroir by working with old fruit varieties, all harvested by hand. The pressing is done in a slow way, the fermentation comes from indigenous yeasts, the foam is most often done naturally in bottles and the domain is certified in organic farming and practices agroecology.

    A work respectful of the fruit for elegant products in bottles and in the glass.
