It has now been several years since Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab have taken control of the legendary Domaine Dominique Derain. In Saint-Aubin, as close as possible to the major appellations of the region, they apply to vines the main principles of biodynamics, which makes it possible to obtain grapes of great aromatic power.
In parallel, they launch sextant: an activity allowing them to vinify other grapes and produce other cuvées.
We can say that the next generation is more than well insured!
