Sextant & Derain

It has been several years now since Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab took control of the legendary Dominique Derain estate.

For all of their Derain wines, in Saint-Aubin, as close as possible to the major appellations of the region, they apply the main principles of biodynamics to the vines, which allows them to obtain grapes of great aromatic power.

At the same time, they launched Sextant, an activity allowing them to vinify grape varieties from other terroirs.

We can say that the succession is more than well assured!
