Refund policy

Right of withdrawal within 14 days

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and we need to know your contact information and order number. Please be sure to include this information in your email or in your return package. Please do not send your purchase back to the producer.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the package. Once validated, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days (depending on your bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase insurance.
