Port billing

The costs of participation in the port are automatically calculated in your basket as soon as you have validated the land delivery.

1 order = 1 delivery location, but you have the possibility of choosing a different delivery location from the billing address, such as your workplace or the address of a neighbor.

The prices indicated are TTC: VAT at 20%

General presentation

Our job is not only to select and offer you the best artisanal drinks on the market (wild beers, natural wines, ciders and sparkling fruit), but also to have them sent to you in the best possible conditions; That is to say in a minimum time, at the fairest price, and in the best transport conditions in order to avoid the deterioration of the products.

Delivery times

The delivery of your order will be within 3 to 4 working days for France (excluding DOM-TOM) by our carrier partner. Deadlines for the international are 10 working days.

These deadlines are to be considered from the validation of the order and the collection of its payment.

If this delivery date of over 10 days is exceeded, you can, if you wish, cancel your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In this case, we will reimburse you all the sums paid, including the initial shipping costs (the remaining return costs at your expense under article L.121-20).

Note that if some of our products require a slightly longer delivery time, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to inform you and decide with you the follow -up to your order.

Receipt of your Buvance order

Your order will be delivered directly to you as soon as possible. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a passing notice will be filed in your mailbox. You will be able to either contact the carrier (whose contact details are on the notice) and agree with him a new delivery, or go directly to the carrier to recover your packages.

Important :

In the event of a non -delivery for an incumbent reason (impossibility of access because you have not communicated the digicode number or a telephone number to join, no response to the passing notice that has been given, ...) All transport costs will be your responsibility. It is recalled that all packages always travel at the risk of the recipient, which must therefore be very vigilant when receiving the packages.

What to do in case of problems on delivery?

Delay: if you notice an unusual delay in the delivery, do not hesitate to contact us by email to info@buvance.com or by phone. We will immediately intervene with our carrier.

Broken parcel or incomplete order: despite the care that we carry to our packaging, it can happen exceptionally that a package is deteriorated and bottles are broken. In this case, we recommend that you refuse delivery in its entirety and to mention the reason (parcel damaged with breakage) on the delivery slip presented by the carrier.

Disputes

Under the ordinance n ° 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015, all disputes with a consumer client who could arise within the framework of the execution of these General Conditions and whose solution could not be found to be amicably between the parties must be submitted.

Since January 1, 2016, mediation has been compulsory for everyone. Thus, any professional selling to individuals, is required to communicate the contact details of a competent mediator in the event of a dispute, and it doesn't matter that he sells remotely or in a physical store (source: Fevad).
