Hervé Ravera

One of our favourite winemakers in Beaujolais! 

It is at an altitude of nearly 500 metres, in the town of Marchampt, that Hervé Ravera installed his Grain de Senévé in 2007. And recently, his wife Adeline has joined him in the adventure.

The vines planted on volcanic bedrock are very steep, so it is with a pickaxe or a horse that the soil is worked.

The juices, which have never seen any trace of input, are more extracted than the average wine from the region but retain a crazy energy!
