Simon Rouillard is one of the most promising young winemakers to have settled in Anjou. After studying music and working for two years with organic market gardeners, he turned to natural wines and trained for several years in the Jura at Domaine de la Tournelle, where he also worked with Jura producers Philippe Bornard, Raphaël and Marie from Domaine Ratapoil, Jean-Baptiste and Florine from Domaine Les Bottes Rouges and Catherine Hannoun from Domaine de la Loue.
He then became involved in the vineyard of La Grange aux Belles in Anjou and finally decided to take the next step with 2 hectares of vines.
We were immediately impressed by his work: purity and lightness, which show a great know-how.
