L'Octavin is the domain of Alice Bouvot, a music lover who studied at the Besançon Conservatory before training in oenology.
In 2005, Alice settled in Arbois with her partner at the time, Charles Dagand. Originally from the region, it was an obvious choice for them to settle here. Initially in organic farming, the domain obtained the Demeter certification in 2010.
At the same time, she launched an activity of buying organic grapes from all over France in order to diversify the vinification and to develop her creativity.
We are here on natural wine without concessions and full of energy.
