Located in Beersel, in the Zenne valley, 3 Fonteinen is a must for anyone interested in lambic-style beers. The brewery has taken care to establish local partnerships with local farms to grow ancient grain varieties and Schaerbeek cherries and matures lambics in barrels that have contained a wide variety of alcohol from wines to spirits.
