Natural wine in Roussillon: a tradition and a revival

Roussillon is one of the pioneering French regions of natural wine and biodynamic viticulture. Many estates, located around Maury, Banyuls or Collioure (around the Côte Vermeille) in particular, favor work that respects the soil and the environment. Some legendary winegrowers like Alain Castex have set foot in the business and inspired younger generations to follow them.
