A maceration white made with organic grapes straight from Alsace.

Pinot Gris and Pinot Auxerrois are co-macerated for 5 days. The extraction is not too extensive, which makes it an orange wine with finesse and elegance.

There are markers of grapefruit, white flowers and zest. The tannin is fine and the texture silky. A straight, subtle wine with a lovely freshness.
