Stéphane Cyran

Stéphane Cyran is based in Mont-le-Vignoble, in the Côtes de Toul area, in Lorraine. He is the proud representative of this confidential and little-known vineyard, actively contributing to its recognition among lovers of natural wines.

After an initial career in tourism, he converted to viticulture and founded his estate with a demanding approach and using organic practices. Today he cultivates around 3 hectares of vines, always in an approach that respects the soil and the environment that surrounds him.

He also carries out a grape purchasing activity, under the entity Le Meilleur Souffle.

He offers us wines that are overflowing with energy, which do not leave us indifferent and with great aging potential.
