2021 was a very complicated weather year in Champagne. Gel, mildew,… The grape of the Ruppert-Leroy was not spared since 90% of the usual harvest was lost.

This cuvée is an ode to mutual aid since it is an assembly of different grapes all from the bar coast, but from the harvest of several friends.

Composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this champagne turns out to be energetic, frank, round, and of a beautiful minerality. Well done !
