Ruppert-Leroy

An estate that covers 4 hectares in Essoyes, on the Côte des Bar, in organic farming since 2013, and which works in a biodynamic approach. The entire domain is moreover set with trees, plants, cows and goats.

Bénédicte Ruppert and Emmanuel Leroy choose to produce one cuvée per year, separating each of their 3 plots. The goal: to obtain the simplest expression of the grape.
