First vintage of cider of the two brothers Thomas and Romain!

A blend of several varieties of apples grown organically in Orne and Cotentin.

The apples are picked by hand, crushed then pressed on site. The juice is brought back to Champagne then aged in barrels for 11 months on their own lees. The foaming is natural and the aging is carried out on slats in the estate's cellars.
