Coming from a family of Champagne winegrowers based in Aÿ, Romain started out in 2011 through various experiences.
He began working on the first hectare of the family estate and, little by little, took over all of the vines with his brother Thomas. Their ambition: to move 100% to organic farming and biodynamics. A wind of renewal is blowing: they favor viticulture attentive to living things, controlled yields and natural fermentations.
Today very sought-after and popular, their vintages are of great elegance: the freshness dialogues with the fruit, the tension is marked, the texture careful.
Their work is undeniably worth following, especially since they do not hesitate to innovate, by releasing micro-cuvées or even recently a cider, Korrigans, also available on Buvance.
