This savagnin from centenary vines is 50 % vinified in direct press and 50 % in maceration of whole clusters and then high in tank.

It reveals a fresh, textured juice, halfway between a white wine and a light orange.

The aromas of grapefruit, apricot and fishing are revealed, while the mouth is characterized by its tension, its minerality and a slight roughness.
