A modern nod to 19th century IPAs, Lost Wisdom was fermented with a blend of Verdant yeast and Brettanomyces Claussenii (a strain endemic to Great Britain), all in a barrel of French gin distilled from Sauvignon Blanc.

It was generously hopped at the brew and then in the barrel with Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc, for a well-fruited, aromatic, dry and funky result.
