A sour beer fermented and macerated on grape marc from the Altesse grape variety.

This white grape variety mainly cultivated in Savoie gives winesaromatic wines, with pineapple, lemon, almond and honey aromas.

As for this beer, it also reveals a nice explosion of flavors: apples, pears, citrus fruits, apricot. It is punctuated by a fine acidity.
