Ivres d'Amour is a mutated wine, that is to say that the alcoholic fermentation has been stopped with grape brandy, in order to keep residual sugar and fruitiness.

The result is naturally a very concentrated nose, very expressive and very round. The sweetness remains discreet and counterbalanced by beautiful tannins.

The result is a warm and atypical wine, which we take the time to sip quietly in small doses.
