It is on limestone plateaus in the heights of Cahors that Maya Sallée and Nicolas Fernandez have installed their activity of wine growers since 2015.
Piano piano, they first started with a small hectare of vines, just to learn. Then finally, they took over other parcels, on other terroirs here and there.
Since the beginning, they practice biodynamics, with the will to lead their domain as a balanced and rich in biodiversity.
In the cellar, the goal is to express the singularity of the terroirs through parcel-based vintages. We discover elegant, balanced and fresh wines, which perfectly highlight the diversity of the Cahors soils.
