100% melon à queue rouge grape variety whose name is not often heard.

The grapes come from 45 to 80 year old vines, planted on grey marl, red marl and some clay-limestone. The grapes are pressed directly, in whole bunches, and matured in stainless steel tanks.
This wine offers us a very fruity nose, with hints of lemon or green apple. Beautiful bitters come to line the palate at the end of the mouth.
