    New blood in the Jura!

    Originally from Pupillin, Kevin Bouillet -alias Pépin- returns to settle there in 2018 to take over the family farm.

    He chose to convert the 4 hectares in the Arbois-Pupillin appellation to organic and to favor permanent grassing, for a viticulture closer to nature.

    Six local grape varieties can be found on his land, including the little known melon à queue Reda cousin of the chardonnay that has been neglected due to its low yield. Superb wines, remarkably balanced, between acidity and substance.

    We won't let this young talent out of our sight.
