The Cuvée Marguerite was blended in honor of Marguerite Lambert (1839-1912) with 10% 1 year old lambics, 60% 2 year old lambics and 30% 3 year old lambics, all aged in oak barrels. The whole thing was then refermented and kept in bottle for 1 year.
