    Bio-engineer by training,Pierre Tilquin founded his gueuzerie in the Senne valley in 2009, after having worked for 3 Fonteinen and Cantillon. Pierre and his team buy musts from lambic brewers in the region of Pajottenland, mature them in selected barrels, and then create blends ranging from traditional gueuze to more original blends, including fruit and grapes.

    One could summarize the philosophy of the gueuzerie with this sentence: the passion of lambic mixed with the precision of a chiseled work.
