100% Pinot Auxerrois from 2 plots of about 50 years old which are located on the ban of Ammerschwihr, one on alluvial soil and one on sandy-stony soil resulting from a decomposition of granite.

A maceration of 2 days then an ageing of 11 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees.

It is a light wine, with refreshing notes of lemony but also smoky. The whole is carried by a frank minerality that is very appreciable.
