It was in Ammerschwihr, where her grandparents and moms have already worked that we can find the little cellar that she has renovated.

She recovers the 1.6 family hectares, trained by graduating from agricultural business manager but also by discovering maceration methodologies in Georgia.

Having wine was in the head of Anaïs for many years. It was obvious to work on your vines in organic and biodynamics and it was by making a passage to the barn of uncle Charles that the evidence is done: it will make natural wines!

Rare wines that have seduced us a lot, elegant labels, names of poetic cuvées, to be discovered without delay!
