A 100% Pinot Noir rosé from an 8-year-old plot located on the Ban d'Ammerschwihr on clay-limestone soil.

In the cellar: whole bunch crushing and short maceration of 24 hours.

This vintage has a pretty pale pink color, with notes of fruit. Red and blood orange will be magnified by a decanter.
