A blend of spontaneously fermented one and two year old beers refermented on Morello cherries and Maravilla raspberries.

The beer was then sublimated by a finish in whiskey barrels containing Madagascar vanilla beans.

A little more marked by the acidity than the other beers of the brewery, we find beautiful flavors of red fruits subtly married to the vanilla.
