A 100% Chardonnay from a south-facing plot in Montgueux, a commune in the Aube department. Vinification took place in vats and amphoras.

A straightforward, elegant champagne with great energy. The structure is fruity, slightly smoky, and marked by minerality.

Very pleasant to taste.
