A family home located in the heart of the famous Côte des Bar. Paul-Bastien has been at the head of it since 2017.

The estate has been certified organic since the 2021 vintage. And the working methodology chosen is quite unique for Champagne: plot by plot, grape variety by grape variety, vintage by vintage.
