Coming from the "hyper territory" project of Thibaud, that is to say champagnes created according to the geological belt on which the vineyards are located. This cuvée owes its name to the Campanian geological period, and represents the chalky basement of Champagne.

A 100% Pinot Meunier with a very fresh nose pulling on the apple and the quince. On the palate, a slight bitterness, then a frank acidity. A high class champagne.
