Legrand-Latour

Thibaud Legrand is at the head of a 4 hectare family domain which is transmitted from generation to generation.

It has been operating since 2012 with a frankly disruptive directive, choosing to stop the use of herbicides, by converting the vines first into organic, then in biodynamics and by promoting biodiversity.

Atypical fact, Thibaud's father is passionate about geology and fossils and devotes a large part of his time to dig in the chalk of incredible galleries which are now the setting of an amazing shell museum. Inspired by this passion, the Thibaud cuvées come from plots assembled according to the age of the subsoil. 

As a result of champagnes with singular identity, broken, vinified with remarkable precision. Young talent to follow!
