A cider made from Belle de Boskoop apples (80%) and pears (20%) from old local trees south of the town of Aarhus.

A nose of white flowers and apple, followed by green apple, white peach and lime on the palate.

A fine balance of fruit and acidity, it's straightforward, dry and elegant.
