Superb dark ruby for this 100% Carignan. The grapes were macerated with their skins for a few days and the juice was aged for a long time: 20 months in large 500-litre barrels.

Big olfactory aromatic: we are carried away by rose, cherry, blackberry. A structured, lively, slightly spicy wine with a long finish. Great ageing potential.
