Olla refers to the territory on which Tom harvested her grapes for this cuvée, from old Grenache gray, black and macabeu grenache vines. They were fermented in whole bunches for 2 weeks in concrete tank, followed an 8 -month farm.

A Red Structured, with notes of strawberry, a slightly earthy side and beautiful acidity. A cuvée that represents the Catalan terroir with dignity.
