Olla refers to the territory in which Tom harvested his grapes for this cuvée. A 50/50 of Macabeu and Muscat Petit Grain from a clay-limestone soil.

Fine and structured tannins, a beautiful round palate on plum and apricot and a saline vivacity that stands out. A maceration with a sacred character, frankly successful.
