A classic of the house, made from 70% Grenache Gris and 30% Macabeu grown on schist. Fermentation and ageing in foudre.

A profile on maceration, with silky tannins. On the nose: flint and citrus, it's fresh and herbaceous. A very mineral, elegant cuvée with a lot of depth.
