An OBNI as Robin himself calls it (Unidentified Drinkable Object).

Here we have a sparkling fermented drink made from the marc of the plots Romarand and Doudins.

It is a reinterpretation of the frênette but this time made from an infusion of a hops called "le tardif de Bourgogne", which has aromas of pear, wood and flowers.

The result is a sparkling owl with a cheerful colour. On the nose, it has a beer, on the palate, bitters and a hint of acidity.
