Robin Goutallier's very confidential estate is located in Quincié, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. Also a part-time physics and chemistry teacher, this enthusiast vinified his first 100% Gamay vintage in 2015.
Neighbor of Hervé Ravera and Gérard Belaid, he learned from them the work of the vineyard and the wine making with "0 inputs, 0 sulfites, never of life" says himself.
