Destemmed Pinot Auxerrois grapes macerated for 5 days with Gewurztraminer skins on Pinot Noir lees. This is followed by an 11-month ageing in stainless steel barrels.

A wine with a unique character, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit. Give it a little time for the tannins to melt.
