What Maya and Nicolas wanted to do was to revive this ancestral and forgotten drink, fresh and thirst-quenching. It is elaborated from a new fermentation of the marc with water, to which is added a handful of aromatic plants. Low in alcohol, it was traditionally drunk during the harvest.

It is incredibly dense and fruity for a 7.5 degree alcohol and one can completely understand the pleasure of drinking it on a hot summer evening.
