An experimental cuvée that this carbonic maceration of Pinot Auxerrois passed on Marc de Pinot Noir. 8 -month farming in stainless steel tank on fine lees.

The grapes come from plots of about 50 years being on the Ban d'Ammerschwihr, one on alluvial soil and one on a Sablo-Caillouteux soil from a decomposition of granite.

We get a nice and peps rosé!
