A blend of Chenin and Malbec vinified like a rosé, which was aged in the estate's troglodyte cellar, thus promoting the aromatic finesse and freshness of the wine.

The nose is very spring-like: floral and on young, juicy red fruits. The palate is lively, and as always with the estate, we find a tangy tension, freshness, and for this vintage, also a saline touch.
