Ostal Levant

Behind Ostal Levant hides a duo: Louis and Charlotte Pérot. They settled in the Lot in 2012, more precisely in the heart of the Minervois terroir, to offer a first vintage in 2013.

In 2015, the adventure goes further as they unearth and renovate a small isolated farm on the heights of Puy-l'Evêque. 20 hectares of old vines, fruit trees, meadows, but also many animals.

On the grape side, we find mainly Malbec - also called Côt -. The vines are managed in organic farming and the breeding take place only in barrels, in an old quarry dug into the limestone rock.

Deliciousness, depth, but also freshness. This is what we find in these vintages marked by the richness of their territory.
