The Ypresian is a geological period dating from -56Ma to -48Ma. Sometimes marine, sometimes lake, successive sedimentations have formed the current terroir.

Grapes from the vineyards of Verneuil and Vandières, on the slopes of the Marne Valley. A passage of 12 months in barrels on lees, drawing carried out in September 2020 and disgorging in January 2023. 

A vinous, saline and vibrant blanc de noir.
