A 100% Auvergne grape, mostly composed of Pinot Noir (90%), and complemented by a little Gamay.

50% direct press, 50% whole bunches. 

A peppery juice, as Pinot often is, but with a frank minerality, and with that volcanic touch that you never tire of.
